Breakbulk Exhibition Stand Project for KINAY Logistics – Rotterdam 2025 (21 m²)

As one of Europe’s leading industrial trade platforms, Breakbulk Rotterdam gathers global maritime and cargo operators under one roof. For the 2025 edition, Quattro Stand delivered a fully engineered breakbulk exhibition stand for KINAY Logistics, managing all production and installation processes for a compact yet high-impact 21 m² structure.
The original concept was developed by TIM Agency, while all technical development, fabrication, and on-site execution were handled by Quattro Stand using reinforced materials, container-inspired elements, and logistics-oriented visual storytelling. This approach ensured that the final breakbulk exhibition stand aligned with the event’s industrial nature and the client’s maritime identity.

Sector-Focused Breakbulk Exhibition Stand for Maritime & Logistics Exhibitors

This 21 m² breakbulk exhibition stand was produced for KINAY Logistics in Rotterdam, addressing the needs of maritime, shipping, and heavy-industry exhibitors. Vessel imagery, port-industry graphics, and industrial components formed the foundation of the stand concept created by TIM Agency.

Quattro Stand executed the technical development, engineering adjustments, and full installation to ensure a flawless build aligned with breakbulk-specific visitor flow and industry expectations. Additionally, the spatial layout ensured a clear cargo logistics exhibition stand identity.

Container-Themed Architecture Strengthening the Breakbulk Identity

A key feature of the project is the elevated container themed exhibition stand structure engineered to communicate KINAY Logistics’ role in global shipping and cargo operations.
Instead of standard framing, the container-inspired element was optimized to serve as a high-visibility brand focal point inside Breakbulk Rotterdam.

Reinforced framing and tension-free connections provided structural safety while supporting the architectural expression expected from a modern breakbulk exhibition stand.

Technical Production, Engineering & Material Execution

To deliver a resilient and engineering-driven breakbulk exhibition stand, all components were produced in-house by Quattro Stand using durable, exhibition-grade materials.

  • Reinforced wall panels for maritime visuals
  • Precision-cut framing for industrial geometries
  •  Elevated façade with illuminated branding
  • Digital display integration for service presentations
  • Visitor-friendly meeting and hospitality sections

All elements were pre-assembled and tested before shipment to guarantee a seamless and delay-free installation in Rotterdam. This process ensured full compliance with breakbulk-oriented technical specifications.

Technical Production, Engineering & Material Execution

The stand was delivered through a coordinated workflow involving our Dubai–Turkey production teams and our on-site crew in the Netherlands. Installation stages included engineering checks, shipment planning, structural assembly, branding alignment, and final detailing — all completed in full accordance with breakbulk exhibition stand standards. This process ensured that KINAY Logistics was positioned seamlessly within the high-traffic industrial environment of Breakbulk Rotterdam.
